Finishings and coatings which are regualary used with Oxford fabric: Most types of Oxford fabrics are used with WR (water resistant) finishing and PU (polyurethane) coating. Oxford PVC (fabric with polyvinylchloride coating) is often used for making backpacks and cases. We recommend PU 2000 and 3000 level for camping and vendor tents and PU 1000-1500 for usual outer wear.
